Courier Fees & Delivery Areas
- Courier fees are added after checkout based on the destination, service requested, package weight, and size.
- If you are not satisfied with the quoted courier fee, you may cancel the order before making payment.
- Deliveries are only made to physical addresses within South Africa. Both the recipient and delivery address must be within South Africa.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery: 2-5 business days depending on location.
- Outlying areas: 4-7 business days or longer, as couriers only deliver on certain days in remote regions.
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Once payment is received, a unique tracking number will be emailed to you.
- No changes to the delivery address, items ordered, or delivery option will be accepted once the order is confirmed.
Authorised Recipients & Proof of Identity
- Only the person(s) named on the order may sign for the parcel.
- If you wish to authorize someone else to receive your parcel, their full name must be specified in the “Notes” field during checkout.
- Proof of identity will be required upon delivery.
- If no authorized person is specified, the package will only be released to the buyer.
Parcel Condition & Returns
- All parcels are securely sealed. If the seal is broken or the package appears damaged, the recipient must refuse delivery and note the reason on the courier’s waybill.
- Ineffective deliveries due to incorrect addresses or refusal of delivery will be returned to AK Super Automobile. Refunds will be processed minus:
- Courier charges
- Courier return charges
- Handling fees
Important Notes
- Customers must ensure that their entire address is correct and filled in the appropriate fields at checkout. If you are unsure of any part of your address, please verify it using Google Maps or your local municipality’s records before placing your order.
- False or incorrect addresses will result in delivery cancellation, and the customer must arrange delivery directly with the courier company.
- AK Super Automobile reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at the company’s discretion.
