Refund policy

POLICIES REGARDING REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

·         Electrical parts cannot be returned for neither a refund nor exchange.

·         Electrical parts are guaranteed by the manufacturer.

·         All correctly supplied goods are not returnable for neither a refund nor exchange.

·         No claims will be recognized without an Invoice / Receipt.

·         No claims for parts will be recognized after 7 business days.

·         Goods returned are subjected to a 20% handling fee if agreed by management.

·         Goods returned must be unused, in original packaging & in a re-sellable condition.

·         If accepted for credit, a credit note will be issued.

·         Special orders, Buy-outs, lay-buys and deposits are neither refundable, nor returnable for exchange.

·         Used / second-hand items are purchased at own risk.

·         AK Super Automobile will not be liable for any transport costs, labour charges, downtime, loss of income and any other loss incurred due to product failure.

·         Batteries carry a manufacture warrantee only.
